The Urlaub fürs Meer project was developed by the Schleswig-Holstein government in 2021 and is committed to more sustainable tourism in Schleswig-Holstein. Together with tourism organisations and local authorities, landlords of holiday accommodation are invited to encourage their holiday guests to adopt low-packaging and more sea-friendly behaviour. Together with Ferienparadies Grube, we received advice and certification in 2022 and have been a partner for more sustainable tourism in Ostholstein ever since.
Because the preservation of our ecosystem is also important to us and has motivated us to tackle and implement the topic within the scope of our possibilities. We will certainly continue to learn and rethink ritualised everyday practices in the future and are also happy to receive your suggestions for improving our practices.
